HealthReach is proud to announce we are able to provide telemedicine visits! During this time, we understand that visiting the doctor might not be an ideal choice, so we are making it easier! Telemedicine visits allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in the clinic, without taking time off work or finding childcare to see us.

We are available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-5:30pm.

Telemedicine visits are typically covered by your regular health insurance. We also offer a cash pay option for our patients that do not have insurance. As our situation evolves with the current COVID-19 situation we will update all our patients. We currently accept all major insurances.

What types of conditions can be treated with a Telemedicine Visit?

HealthReach can see patients for a variety of reasons! Rashes, UTI's, cough, colds, prescription refills, back pain, and pink eye are just some of the conditions we can treat through a telemedicine visit. If our provider determines you need to be seen in person at our clinic, they will direct you to HealthReach and we will not charge you for an additional visit.

As a patient, what equipment do I need to have a telemedicine visit?

You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone, iPad, and Android devices). Use headphones when possible so only you and the other person can hear your conversation. We recommend that users have internet speeds of 3mbps DOWN and 3mbps UP. You can test your speed with
